Release of Liability

This Release of Liability (“Agreement”) applies to all users and purchasers of products from Optiva Wellness (“the Site,” “we,” “us”). By accessing, purchasing, or using any goods or services from Optiva Wellness, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.

Assumption of Risk

You expressly assume all risks associated with the handling, storage, and use of any research compounds or information provided by Optiva Wellness. Limitation of Liability

Purchaser Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Optiva Wellness and its affiliated parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, costs, or damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from your breach of this Agreement, misuse of products, or violation of any law or regulation.

No Medical or Therapeutic Claims

No statements, products, or educational materials provided by Optiva Wellness constitute medical advice, and nothing on this Site should be interpreted as an endorsement of diagnostic or therapeutic applications.

Governing Law

This Release of Liability is governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rockland County, New York.
